WALOB II

Defoe. Off. On a stretcher. Clutching his ankle. Three Spurs players go on England duty. How many come back fit? Can someone say 'conspiracy'? If you want further evidence, look no further than this Saturday's up and coming EPL game away to W.B.A.

Howard Webb officiates.

Waiting for Keano to get injured against Andorra now

I was waiting for that post Spooky. Shocker. And Bent just scored too. Disaster.

Constructing another doobie - but it didn't work for Dawson...

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:32 PM | Unregistered CommenterZab

Bah. Defoe looked fine. We have plenty of cover for Dawson and Webb will favour us over WBA as we're the 'bigger' club.

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:36 PM | Unregistered CommenterTomst

I don't think an injury to defoe is as bad as the injury to dawson was, we've got another 3 decent strikers with the possibility of a change of formation to 4-5-1

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:37 PM | Unregistered Commenterjim

I guess this means Defoes transfer to Juventus is off?

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:37 PM | Unregistered CommenterThe Machine

Defoe will be fine. I think the stretcher was more to do with the dramatics of modern day football. Enjoyable match tonight, England decent in parts. Although someone please do explain why SWP is an England international?

Chill out spooky. He didn't look that bad. I'm sure with a couple of days rest he'll be ok. I wouldn't mind too much if he missed brom anyway, so long as he's fit and firing next tuesday I don't care.

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:40 PM | Unregistered CommenterStoney

Why, oh why can't they see...howard Webb will give a dodgy penalty, and we'll all disagree...West Brom score in the minute 83....and we'll all moan about the wanking referee.

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:41 PM | Unregistered CommenterDubaiSpur

Oh yeah, and another thing. Moral dilemma. Is it deemed unacceptable to post remarks that gloat at Walcott getting crocked or should we not lower ourselves to the levels those south London goons did the other night?

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:43 PM | Unregistered CommenterStoney

Stoney, not after Defoe today.

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:46 PM | Unregistered CommenterDubaiSpur

Makes room for Pav and van der vaalk.
By the way that winger bloke Johnston looked pretty fair!. One for next season me thinks!!

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:46 PM | Unregistered Commentersinger

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:50 PM | Unregistered CommenterJep

It's as if Topyid is reading my mind. I read today about Webb officiating and was entirely unimpressed. LOB!

Sep 7, 2010 at 9:57 PM | Unregistered CommenterBimspur

Oh yeah. And another another thing. That Swiss goal. Hart would have fncking saved that when he was down the lane the other week. Bastard.

Sep 7, 2010 at 10:11 PM | Unregistered CommenterStoney

Webb will make us fail against another shit team!!!!!!!

Sep 7, 2010 at 10:29 PM | Unregistered CommenterPristar

Sep 7, 2010 at 11:28 PM | Unregistered CommenterWarren

Sep 8, 2010 at 12:49 AM | Unregistered CommenterTopyid

Gallas is a better defender than Dawson anytime so what is the bother with Dawson injury, he aint exactly Nesta is he? Defoe will be fine but even if he aint we still have 3 others , typically Spurs fans you lot are , lacking self belief, have some faith in Crouch, Pav , Keane for a change..it was Crouch who destroyed young boys only 2 weeks ago not Defoe..

Sep 8, 2010 at 1:37 AM | Unregistered CommenterIver Biggen

As someone said earlier 4-5-1 away avaunt a cunt team should work fine. WBA 0 Spurs 3 take it to the bank

Sep 8, 2010 at 3:42 AM | Unregistered CommenterSpursLA

Sorry that's away against a cunt team meant to say

Sep 8, 2010 at 3:44 AM | Unregistered CommenterSpursLA

Spurs LA - I dont want to start playing like liverpoo thanks very much. 4-4-2 real football

Sep 8, 2010 at 7:23 AM | Unregistered Commentersharpinspain

We have better midfielders than Liverpool and VDV is a goal scorer

Sep 8, 2010 at 8:07 AM | Unregistered CommenterSpursLA

it illustrates our problem for being in the champions league and retaining top four.....

it will be injuries in a strong squad which could determine key moments of the year....

so the training and recovery have to be first class in relation to the pressure of competition

every game

Sep 8, 2010 at 9:22 AM | Unregistered CommenterBilliospur

WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS!

Still, Knob-rot Rooney is the saviour again.....Yawn, Gape etc...

JD should be OK I think/hope.

Fakkin England

Sep 8, 2010 at 12:16 PM | Unregistered CommenterWinterWeekend61
