Congrats

Congrats to CFC. You'll always have the memory of Bayern's shocking finishing and a massive racist with pulled up socks lifting the cup.

That's it. Everything I've had to say can be found on my Twitter timeline.

Lol spooks, a touch ungracious but I like your thinking. Let's console ourselves with the fact that no matter what happens, it is seriously unlikely that we will ever have anyone quite as lamentable as John Terry as our club icon.

Redknapps sacking has to be swift and immediate and i feel we should take the FA to court to compensate us for the revenue we will miss out on due to Redknapps failure when the England job was vacant and members of the FA and opposition managers were constantly linking our manager to the job.
we have now practically lost Bale, Modric, Adebayor and any chance we had of signing real top quality this summer i will not attend another THFC match until that charlatan has gone from my love my pride my joy my Tottenham Hotspur.
#RedknappOut get it trending.

as for Chelsea i wont be congratulating them they did not deserve anything.

9 years it took for Roman to kill football. Job done.

May 19, 2012 at 11:50 PM | Unregistered CommenterGreg

well thats that then!!! we did not get CL fotball, and there is just one man to blame, and that is redknapp. i am so angry now that i have tears in my eyes. this is shocking, and we have a manager with his head so far up his ass, that i cant find words. he has ruined our season with this "england-manager-to-be" stuff. he did not even care about spurs and its fans. i think that levy should demand his resignation, NOW. 13 games with 1 victory, it is insane, and he described us as title candidates one week. and the next we would be hard pressed to get 4th. and today he says it will be harder next season, since utd, city, arsenal and chelsea will get those spots. he is saying that we will be fighting about 5th spot. and that is the wrong development, and it is his fault. i blame redknapp fofr not getting CL, and i hope he get sacked as hell.

May 19, 2012 at 11:51 PM | Unregistered Commenterkols

Wonderful use of irony there Side Show. How many managers has your club mentally tortured before you fluked your way to a CL final win? You're joke is and will always be a joke. Well done for achieving the same thing Red Star did. Nice one.

Sorry but this time I have to disagree with you.J.T isn't a racist! His best friends are black and it gets boring beating up on J.T. He is guilty of being an idiot, thats all. On Chelsea there name was on the cup and I actually cheered them on. We blew it this season and chelsea deserve the place and we don't. Your website is called 'dearmrlevy' but pretty much everyone thinks he is wonderful!! He isn't. He is to blame for Spurs's failure this season as he is every season. He is an Ego orientated tit who seems to have a job for life despite his spectacular failure year on year. The stadium is joke..the new one will be complete when Arsenal have paid theirs off!! He is a crap chairman. Never invests at the right time and he huge failure to invest in the January window ruined our season. He is ego, ego, ego and 2 leagues cups in 12 years is bullshit! 12 YEARS AT SPURS AND 10 YEARS BEHIND ARSENAL!! He is the worse chairman in spurs's history. I think modrice and bale should leave because we just lie and lie to them that we will invest. FFS...our best striker is a man city player....Ill say it..Levy is a C.U.N.Tuesday!!

May 19, 2012 at 11:52 PM | Unregistered CommenterChris

shut up you shit club no history cnut!
i have never liked Redknapp due to the fact he is tactically inept and supports the scum.

May 19, 2012 at 11:52 PM | Unregistered CommenterRic

Chelsea did what they had to do.... they won a great competition and knew haow to do it.. we on the other handcouldnt even hold on to a 2-0 lead at Arsenal that is it really that is all we had to do an our season end would have been completely different at the end of the day it boils down to this Chelsea are winners and we....flatter to deceive

May 19, 2012 at 11:54 PM | Unregistered CommenterDazspur

To Kols: You prat. Levy is to blame. He ultimately hasn't delivered in 12 years at spurs! He has a mesiah complex and interferes why to much. He ruins everything. Get off redknapps back!! It's levy!!

May 19, 2012 at 11:55 PM | Unregistered CommenterChris

Just out of interest do you think we should've sacked Harry
if b Munich won tonight? Seriously be realistic.
I'm gutted... I don't want a court case I just wanna
watch footy and not be bothered by lasagne, Olympics or
any other teams final, it shouldn't be my business... Unbeliavable for the
First time since 4th gets you into champions lg it won't nxt
season & it's us in 4th. I'm sick I really am.

May 19, 2012 at 11:56 PM | Unregistered CommenterBaz

absolutely gutted! and the problem now is we will lose modricand we won't be able to replace him with anyone good! so harry will buy another grandad or get in a three agent. Im going to get some sarcastic comments from some dirty sum fans. because for some reason they LOVE are sites!

May 19, 2012 at 11:57 PM | Unregistered Commenterrobbie

Gutted. Those chelscum supporters that violated the minute silence (semi final), now celebrating CL win. There's no justice in football nowdays. Were does that leave Tottenham?. Redkanpp's position as manager seems to be untenable. Now we are going to have months of tabloid tittle tattle over the summer. Why is it that that tosser gets to lift the cup??????????????????????????????????. He didn't play, so shouldn't have the honour.

May 19, 2012 at 11:58 PM | Unregistered Commentermabbsie1981

Bitter spurs fan/article author, give Chelsea credit and put your dummy back in. They deserve the champions league way more than you do.

Mind the fucking gap boys and DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!

May 19, 2012 at 11:58 PM | Unregistered CommenterChampsLeagueGooner

You lot make me sick and ashamed to be assosiated with you as a fellow spurs fan. Get your heads out of your arse and support the team, management. you are so f**king fickle, how can you appreciate the smooth if you dont suffer the rough.

also congrats chelsea and fuck you terry and fuck you champsleague and your ridiculous qualyfying rules you have the 6th est team in your tournament next year.

May 19, 2012 at 11:59 PM | Unregistered CommenterLobs

To do is to dare!! We never do and we never dare. We should change it to 'to cheap to challenge'. We are a joke. 4th place doesnt deserve champions league football anyway. King is a part time player, defore cant get into a top team, ade isnt even our player..so sold opav and brought in a free.Levy only cares about his own pocket!! Soooooo bored of thick spurs fans that cant see this. Presidents get two terms...we have a shit dictator called levy!! Crap...he is so crap!!!

May 20, 2012 at 12:00 AM | Unregistered CommenterChris

well lads thats that..... can mr levy dig in again with the likes of modric and bale.. i doubt it. dutch player of the year will join the scum, the best we can look forward to is the likes of holt ect

May 20, 2012 at 12:01 AM | Unregistered Commenterjohn

Let's be honest. Were a small club compared to teams like Chelsea man her united and arsenal. That fact we got fourth is a miracle in it's self. How the fuck did arsenal catch? It was all about player mentality. Bale and modric disappeared towards the end of the season where rosiky van persie and song really stepped up

May 20, 2012 at 12:02 AM | Unregistered CommenterAndrew

Just fuckin well sack someone, anyone, I don't care. The irony is that tonight's result mattered more to the future of Spurs than either of the clubs actually playing. The writing was always on the wall from the moment Messi missed his penalty in the semi. Anyone wanting to see the back of Harry, sorry to tell you that his position is now even more secure than it was at 7.45pm. The club I love has just been mugged.

May 20, 2012 at 12:07 AM | Unregistered CommenterBig Fish

We don't deserve CL. The most painful thing is that the scum don't deserve it either.
Blue scum do in my book. We couldn't beat Norwich at home when we needed to. Yet they somehow managed to beat Barca and Bayern away.
Also, an earlier poster had it right. Levy is the real problem.
Too clever by half.

May 20, 2012 at 12:11 AM | Unregistered Commenternycyid

to chris: prat? i did nmot see levy on the bench against aston villa, when we tok out an offensive player and put on a defensive one, when we neded 3 points!!! was it levy that said to redknapp that "people say that we play better in 4-4-2, but i think we are a bit open"(and still he played 4-4-2) is it levys job to rotate the players? motivate the players? redknapp went out in the media and told every soul on the planet what a great squad we had, and only city had a stronger squad, the next week we(the fans are idiots) for expecting spurs to do better, was that levy? the bad subs that redknapp has done since he got here, that was levy??? loaning out 4 players, getting in two geriatrics nelson and saha, THAN complaining about not having enough players, that was levy?? and the tactick witch is awful, that is also levy? i would have sacked redknapp regardles if bayern did win or loose. this has nothing to do with money, just how redknapp is. and the englan manager thing that ruined our season, that was levy?? NO it was all redknapp.

May 20, 2012 at 12:12 AM | Unregistered Commenterkols

Looks like parking the bus is the way forward. Will be interesting to see which other teams adopt this attitude next season.

May 20, 2012 at 12:12 AM | Unregistered Commenterdavid

Another thing about Harry... he deserves one more season.
But ultimately I'm of the opinion,
he is found wanting somewhat tactically...
I feel so down & confused.
If harry goes bale & mods def go... If not gone
Adbyebye probs goes.
Friedal, king, Saha are over.
They all go & benny goes.
Sandro will then go. That's 8 & counting...
I feel seriously sick.
Chelsea will be stronger than ever nxt season,
So will city.
Utd out for revenge.
Liverpool new boss.
Newcastle pushing.
Fcuk arsenal.

May 20, 2012 at 12:14 AM | Unregistered CommenterBaz

parking the bus my arse.
DiMatteo's tactics were totally sound.
Chelsea were disciplined and hit hard on the break.
They were playing a superior team and did what they had to in order to win.
I wish Harry had a fraction of the the nous DiMatteo displayed tonight.

May 20, 2012 at 12:15 AM | Unregistered Commenternycyid

Thanks FA , Thanks Redknapp Thanks Levy for another failed season..Who can blame Modric and Bale if they want to go. They have ambition and should be playing for the best sides in the world which is not or never will be us. Not until Levy sells the club anyway...To the corrupt dodgy FA fuk you for ruining our season, ui hope England go out at the group stage..at least your season was ruined too with the scum not winning the title even though you pulled out all the stops..hahaha

May 20, 2012 at 12:15 AM | Unregistered CommenterDreal

I am an Arsenal fan, who is truly gutted that Chelsea have won the European cup. Whereas Tottenham have bought players the have generally acquired them at a young age and helped them to progress. ie. (Bale, Lennon, Walker, Ekotto, Sandro, ) Imagining how it feels in your current position is horrible but, belive that all it will take is Levy to be strong for one more summer to make sure that Chelsea are kept out of the reckoning indefinitely.

May 20, 2012 at 12:16 AM | Unregistered CommenterJack

I say let's start a fresh. Our club needs structure and strategy on and off pitch. Harry cannot be part of a project like this. Get a hungry manager in who won't right out own chances off and give our players an excuse to leave. Rodgers? Alternatively the most talented manager in the country is still without a job. Hoddle. Either way we have to face up to losing bale and modric but we shouldnt lose them on cheap. Ade is clearly gone. I'd sell vdv and Defoe too. Time to be bold. We can't try and stumble to 4th every year just patching up gaps with loanees and oap's. We need to be brave and be content that it may be another few years before our champs league fight can start again.

May 20, 2012 at 12:19 AM | Unregistered CommenterAgghhhh

Its sad for you's lot down in tottenham. As a newcastle bloke i'm pleased we were out of the running so as to avoid this sort of deflating situation. I cannot begin to feel how hurt you all must feel. However, finishing 4th in one of the top european leagues is not a bad season. Sacking your manager is not the answer. He's a corrupt flabby faced knacka' but changing managers frequently is the most disruptive thing for any team trying to build any sort of consistency.
And BTW, robbie its a FREE AGENT (Not three agent???)...... Fucking southerners haha.
Good luck next season.... really, i hate tottenham less than most london sides.
And is it just me but i effing hate John Terry.

We can't just sit and watch these bastards ruin our club. We need both Levy and Arry ou. I'm sick of it, sick of this whole management fiasco. Any other business, and people would have been fired months, years ago!!

I've had it, I really have. Once modric and bale leave, I will lwithdraw, I can't be asked to suffer in this anymore. I will mentally withdraw and not give a f@@@ anymore. I'm not into being f@@@@ up every week, every year. I've had it for 45 years, and I'm at the point where I'm not willing to takeit any, more. My biggest regret was getting my kids to support this crap! They have a life time of this to put up with!!

I hate this lt, I really do. I may well drive the 10 min to the ground and scream the f@@@@ing place down.

May 20, 2012 at 12:20 AM | Unregistered CommenterHotspurs

not only that the players will want to leave but maybe they should look at themselves as they are the reason we didn't get CL! its annoying because this could have been an amazing season!! harry is not to blam but maybe he should go as i want a manager who will use are youth instead of bringing in old timers that will give you one good season! no vertonghen next season and you can guarentee harry won't use cauluka he will bring in another free agent!

May 20, 2012 at 12:21 AM | Unregistered CommenterBaz

Spooks, I promised i'll be back one last time before the season is out...well, your nightmare is here :)

Spurs 10 points ahead, best season in 50 years, WE the worst ever (yes i know, we finished third:() yet we finish above you but i didn't realise the importance of that until tonight, as you can say RIP Spurs, as i can't frankly see how you can recover from this...not for a lon, long time trust me. I can even hear Bale and Modric moving out already:):) and you can kiss goodbye to Vertoghen and any decent signing that could have (COULD) well and truly taken you onto a new and sustained level that would surely be a a REAL threat to even our aspirations for our own title (4th according to Wenger and the Arsenal board and who are we to argue with them hey?) for next season.
I'm not really chuffed that the Chavs won it either, but the fatal damage they did to spurs' future tonight must surely compensate for my 'spurs-like' bitterness towards those classless cunts who actually won the big one before the best team in london did, but hey, it was only a matter of time for them and you, yes, you did actually win the first double as a london team, so i'm not fussed about bragging rights as we are just happy to be where we are in our long and painful transition period. I can at least console myself with the fact that good players may be heading to us, and even fuck RVP if he wants to go by asking for 275k a week, we can replace him if the cunt wenger can get it right this time (merci pour ZE 3rd place mind you, never thought it possible before the second london derby:)), but for you guys, i seriously doubt you can recruit any big name players, and to think how it was in your hands all season and even in the last two games (against villa, what happened?:)), where we did our best to give it back to you but you just love us really. i seriously think spurs are just a small sister club to the ARSELADY as you never fail to make us happy even when our team doesn't. priceless. tonight i feel happy even though the chavs won it so thank you for making this bitter pill easier to swallow for all gooners all over the world. i wont mention the lasagne affair and sol campbell. so thank you for making our season even when our team fucks up. By the way, my commiserations and RIP spurs.

May 20, 2012 at 12:22 AM | Unregistered CommenterSIDtheGOONER

120 minutes of doing fack all bar parking the bus, i thought i was watching Bolton Wanderers. Congrats on winning a penalty shot out, but they won no friends in the world of football with that dross they played.
That was not the pinnacle of European football, but luck was with the lottery winners, such is life.

gutted lads, thats that then, roller coaster, harry for another season, we wanted top 4, we got it, we shot ourselves in the foot, if harry goes who can we bring in?, modric is off sell him to city get adam johnson as a make weight and sign hazard coz they won't need him, oh shit europa, well i think we'll be getting a couple of players but no-one top class, we need a cisse type signing, we'll probably get yakubu, spurs till i die can't remember another season like it, feel lost, lets all get our hopes up for england to fail agai, i fucking hate football sometimes

May 20, 2012 at 12:28 AM | Unregistered Commenteraidyj

At the end of the day it all boils down to modern day football being about money. It's no coincidence that the two English teams with the most money won the two biggest prizes.
How can anyone expect spurs to consistently qualify for the champions league when the most they pay players is 70k per week.

May 20, 2012 at 12:29 AM | Unregistered CommenterJim

Too be honest Chelsea winning tonight hasn't cost us Champions League, not winning when we should has cost us. We (as Spurs fans) should be getting behind our team not against them for next season,If we pull together in the same direction it will have a positive effect on the team. In Harry i trust, COYS.
