"If we win the cup its because I won it not because Spurs won it"

Heard Harry on TalkSport this morning, what a classless buffoon!! I wonder if Di Matteo's match preparation includes calling up sh*tty radio stations?!

I think you'll be alright on Sunday, I’m even going to Sky+ Songs of Praise so i can watch it as a complete neutral who hates both sides equally. I genuinely hope you give them a good kicking (it would be funnier to see you lose in the final and be nice if Chelski had a couple of players missing next Saturday). At least with it being at Wembley you won't make the mistake of prematurely announcing your ticket sales for the final.

All rivalry and joking aside, enjoy your day out Spuds.

"I got them 8 points from 2 games. Or something like that anyway"

kabuol out? nelson and gallas combined age of 66? still i think it will be a close game, chels have their eye on the barca game less than 72 hours later (boo hoo. they didnt complain when we came back from seville and had to play them about 36 hours later tho).

from bbc sport.

"Arsenal have been on a great run and picked up win after win and that's what has changed - but I'd have taken this position at the start of the year for sure.

"People forget where Tottenham should be at times.

"They have won two Carling Cups since 1991 and the average finishing position until four or five years ago was probably about 10th."

where exactly 'should' we be then mr redknapp??

"Its gonna be difficult."

Where should you be? Where you have been for the last 20 years, sort of hovering around mid-table. I know Tottenham have found it hard to progress over the past few years and there seems to have been some mismanagment. But you start to wonder why it is the same old story and I'm starting to think it might be the fans and perhaps it's a case of you get the club you deserve.

I just read the BBC sport quote too. Basically Redknapp is saying we were crap until he joined us, and without him we would be mediocre. Its all down to him, its all about him, him, him, him. I hope to god he leaves or if not gets sacked. Sick to death of listening to him.

people also forget where you should be mr redknapp

scraping for premiership survival or getting relegated you pompous prick

Important. Everyone (should be) grateful for Harry Redknapp and what he's done. No one is disputing that. This is more about how he turns from us to them when things are not going to well.

It's hardly unexpected, that disassociation.

Take away the recent slump, Arry is still a class act for us. Dont forget how you felt under Ramos! Lets hope the fans who travel to Wembley outsing the C****** fans and drive us to victory!! COYS!!! PS: Matchwinner = Defoe!!

There is always a chance in football but it is very unlikely Spurs will beat Chelsea. And whatever you say about the cup distracting the players from the league very few teams who get knocked out of a cup go on to better league form unless they are very strong minded. The team is obviously full of players who don't care. amazing how everyone was sucking Ade's nutsack when he arrived but he still didn't both giving maximum effort every week, or even every third game. Along with aging players and the likes of BAE who are proud of the fact that playing for spurs is nothing but a 'job' and a distasteful one at that I'm sure there is no spine in the team. After taking out the overhyped Bale and Modric I'm really not sure what the team will consist of next year? It's a bloody mess and nearly as entertaining as Liverpool have been this year. Best team in 50 years? Pathetic.

Redknapps persistent media profile becomes so boring after a while imo and I'd much prefer if he concentrated on putting the same amount of effort into managing a football club, our football club. My attention on Sundays game at Wembley will be fixed on the historic tradition that THFC embody, the stats as we all know, show that we seem to do quite well when we play at the national stadium therefore I'm feeling very confident. This current CFC side is without doubt beatable and I'm hoping that this slump we're in will finally end with a resounding victory. Really enjoy your work Spooky. COYS TTID!!!

@important. You're an idiot, a classless baboon! We are as good as watching Liverpool, are we? The LMA didn't agree with you, but what do they know compared to you?

Apr 13, 2012 at 8:07 PM | Unregistered CommenterSweetsman

Spooky I kinda wish you hadn't written that gooner baiting blog post (funny as it was), these arseholes are on here all the time now.

Spurs to win a hard fought 1-0 contest, Chelski to lose to Barca then bounce back to trounce the scum on Saturday. That would be a perfect week. (which probably won't happen)

"make no mistake, we played the better football and deserved to win"

Apr 13, 2012 at 9:35 PM | Unregistered Commentercdm

It seems too coincidental that we dropped off once the cry of " 'arry for England" became rampant and it probably unsettled the team. Crazy how these things work out, we could still be the undisputed kings of London if the whole John Terry incident never happened.

I cannot believe he said "People forget where Tottenham should be at times," Redknapp said. "They have won two Carling Cups since 1991, the average finishing position until four or five years ago was probably about 10th - our form is fantastic.

He's a proper cunt. I have more respect for the man in the raincoat.
