Remember that retroish Spurs shirt that turned up a while back and did the rounds in the blogsphere via this out of focus photograph?
Well, looks like it might be genuine (click on the above image for the evidence).
Look ma! No yellow streaks! Wooooooooooooo!!!

I sponsor a Puma in a zoo but so far, it refuses to speak to me.
Will let you know if it dishes the dirt.
Awesome! We've got a great... Err, training, possible, maybe, could be a kit but not sure, errr, thingamy, ummm.
Very 1980's though - Someone in the Puma design team has been trying to buy one of those old England numbers off eBay and seem them going at £150 a pop. Nothing wrong with a bit of 80's... Especially Nena and her hairy armpits.
This is all very close to my day job. The shoot can definately happen ahead of time as any sponsor logos can be added when the shots all graded in studio. That said, there should be more pics around as it doesn't make sense to go to the effort and expense the shoot one shirt when surely there will be 3 or maybe even 4. Economies of scale are massively important so I'd be surprised if this was the proper shirt. Either that or it will be clear when the final catalogue is released.
On the kit sponsor, the club would be mad to do deals now as the value is directly linked to exposure. CL = huge exposure and therefore = more in the coffers. Although it will be interesting to read of the terms of the deal. I usually sit on the other side in these sort of negotiations and if I were Zurich or whoever I'd be focusing on the first year as I would not be allowing the club to assume CL qualification forever. I would expect the deal to be a base + performance which would allow all to win or protect themselves.
And lastly, I can't understand why a red logoed client would not allow it to be blue. Mansion were white in the away kit, black on the yellow one, so the club needs to drive this harder. I would be angling that the awesome PR potential in acknowledging the importance of not having red on a tottenham shirt. I don't think mny of us would disagree, and it would show that the marketing guys actually live in the real world and not some inwardly gazing bubble where bullshit and brand health reign supreme.
