The signing occurred in Dubrovnik, CR, where Levy flew in on a private jet with his wife and the dude on the left (Croatian papers identified him as a family friend, but I think he is Levy's bodyguard). The grinning dude is some sort of manager from Dinamo Zagreb who originally sold Luka to Spurs. This picture was from a set (see link: http://www.vecernji.hr/sport/nogomet/tottenhamov-predsjednik-donio-modricu-ugovor-30-mil-eura-clanak-148320), made while they walked to Nautica restaurant where (according to another sourse) they stayed to a wee hours.
Having spent 2 years in Croatia I can say what a wonderful country it is, the people are so friendly and happy to see westerners there they even offer to carry your wallet and valuables for you lol. Seriously though it is a very friendly country but beware the Grappa and Slipovic (spelling bad) but both taste similar to petrol and are as potent as rocket fuel - they give this to you after a meal as a thank you?? hehehe but I love it there. I spent time in Porec, Pula, Zagreb and Zadar. I thoroughly reccommend a visit :))

I would too.
Luka Modric. I would.
No actually, I don't think I would.
Jeez, Levy is shorter than Moddle!
Luka's a handsome dude.
But Niko Kranjčar's total, utter straightbait in the 'Spurs midfielder's you'd go on the turn for' stakes!
I think Luka already has! Six years, that smile ain't for nothin'!!!
Has Levy signed Brad Friedel as well?
I thought that was fucking Commolli on the right at first, almost shit meself!
I take it the one grinning like the proverbial cheshire is Luka's agent.
Levy looks like a tortoise with a top man gift voucher
hahaha

Does Levy really need a bodyguard? In Croatia?? He looks like a pimp with one of his heavies....
Bonuses takes him up to over £75k week
I reckon EVERYONE needs a bodyguard in Croatia.
