In all honesty, I listened to one of these podcasts and decided it wasn't for me - a bit crass for my rarified tastes.

I'll listen to this one though.

God knows why we let Woodgate go. Between the 2 of them we could of somehow got through a season, but long term we need to retire King and replace him. Let the man retire and not have to go into a wheel chair!

We are so close to glory. Man Utd are in a mess, Man Citeh are choking and if we only had a goal poacher we would win the title. We are creating as many chances as Man City, yet Ade isn't a good finisher and Defore is average and Van the man and Modric don;t get enough goals either.

I'd say we are within a £30m spend this window away from winning the title. We will never get another opportunity like this.Don;y bottle it Levy!

VDV and Defoe does not work together. Please, lets not have 90 mins of frustration....

Defoe and Ade were a great starting combo, unfortunately Ade is not allowed to play against the team that pay a large percntage of his wages, and Defoe while far from average this season does not play well as a lone striker with VDV poaching behind him. One has to feel sorry for Defoe, he trained hard over the summer break and has come back scoring as well as ever but he needs to play as one of two up front in a 4-4-2. The rest of the team fit well into this formula but Harry somehow doesnt see this.
The team that played 4-4-2 against liverpool in the first half of the season could have beaten almost anyone on the day. This was at the time when VDV was off to Holland with his first hamstring injury. VDV is allowed to roam about and as a result the team has limited oppertunities and no structure. If Defoe gets fed up with Harry enough and leaves that will only leave us with Pav because we cant afford Ades wage bill?

This is what Harry has said about Ledley "As usual he can't train because his knee blows up so we won't know until tomorrow morning. But he's obviously an important player for us because our great run started with him returning to the team."

That sounds to me like he will be fit, not that he is unlikely to be fit as the Daily Mail have said. Otherwise Harry would just come out and say - no, Ledley wont be fit to play. But instead he's bigged Ledley up, said about how much he gives the team a boost when fit. So, when his name is on the teamsheet come Saturday, everyone can feel more confident.

That's is what I am hoping for anyway! Yiddoo...

Hey JS. It's not everyone's cup of tea mate, we don't expect to please all.

Although if you're able to ignore the variety of penis jokes, the football talk is pretty good (just stick your fingers in your ears for the opening few minutes or so).
