If the game in hand was vital, today at Wolves is equally so, what with the the fixtures (mostly away) that await us after this weekend. Including the 'cup final' up at Eastlands.

This is an exciting time to be a Lilywhite.

I'm giddy.

apparently we're going to follow the trend and bring anderton out of retirement for the rest of the season

Wolves are woeful away from home. One early goal (inside 15 minutes) and we'll destroy them. I know they've frustrated us in the past but it will take a very poor performance from us to allow them any chance of survival.

Today's three points, imperative. And hopefully comfortable.

We Will today... We are Tottenham... We are Tottenham... Super Tottenham from the Lane
COYS !

If we play concentrated specially in finishing properly the chances we'll create then we'll win the game.
I hope we'll buy a regularly scoring striker.

Adebayor. Has to, just has to score with his first proper clear cut chance. If he does that...he will grab a brace or more.

No disrespect to Wolves but we could do with goal difference beefing up today.

Interesting, due no doubt to some bizarre statistical quirk, Blackburn are bottom in this one too.

Love The Shirt.

Yesterday Phil Neville got our current attacking style right :
“Spurs played with more confidence, more patience,” said Neville. “Adebayor gives them a tremendous presence up front. That, for me, is the biggest difference.
“His physicality means he occupies both centre-backs. Maybe that’s what they didn’t have last year. He lets the wingers stretch the team and creates space for Rafael van der Vaart, who is their key man.”
--
So Rafa needs to start scoring again. We set the team up so he has the freedom and few responsibilities so he needs to get some goals as a result. Otherwise we should set the team up to give Adebayor the freedom to get the goals. Not sure who would be doing the hold up play though :) Nobody else in the current team can do that job. Maybe Samba who would be a devastatingly awesome purchase but he will probably be at the other end of the pitch in open play.

Is it just me or does it sound a little bAckward that we are supposed to be After two players from the bottom team to make us the top team? Worked with Parker though! Funny old game.... Come on boys lets put in a high scoring performance today, get the mancs thinking. Like don't like it up em! We are super spurs, super spurs from the lane.

Typical Tottenham, eh. Great chance and we fucking blew it. Top 4 remains the goal. Those still thinking of the title ought to stop deluding themselves.

Nah, we played well today. Just couldn't kill it off. A little hard done but that's the breaks. I absolutely LOATHE that cockney lady garden commentating on Fox. Is he West Ham or Chelsea? Totally unprofessional how ridiculously partisan and Spurs-hating he is.

Horrible marking on that corner though. Really embarrassing.

Played well and deserved more. There's going to be a few twists and turns yet. We will definately hold our own on the difficult away games. Up the Spurs.

Well i warned you but My blog was taken of for telling the truth just look at Mad Mick gaunt looking players will tell you they work hard its how they do it bothers me. I also said 4411 was no good and now we have all our strikers firing blanks thanks too Harry leaving Vaart who has fucked Ady up he plays better with Defoe and he tried too tell Harry not too change a winning team after we beat West Brom. One other startling thing why is Harry telling a player on loan he will have too drop is wages too stay at Spurs, we play City next no Ady Defoes head wrecked Pav on his way out along with Defoe why was we ever thinking we could win the league when energy is some teams biggest signing and its beyond me why we are shouting we can win the league. Utd have brought Scholes a bad asthmatic too help them and Arsenal a beefed up Henry he will soon lose his chops playing for the thins. The signs have bean there for the last few week Sunderland Swansea West Brom Everton Wolves all these games have one thing in common high work rate fuelled by the fear of the the manager getting sacked and relegation. Our strikers have all hiyt bad form and this is more worrying because we are missing a creative player who can break this blanket defending and he is started joggingBig Hudds if his ankle is full fixed we can stay in the top four if not we will struggle to keep Arsoles and Chelski away from us Ady told too drop iis wages stopped scoring because he wont be at Spurs Defoe stop scoring from the bench Liverpool after him new agent wanting some cash Pav waiting for a taxi Van did this last season so why was we sucked into this theory we could win the league Harry and his love of the media and Van calling City he needs to back it up with Goals. We was there too be out run after playing Wednesday harry changed one man who was coming back from injury. I said Wolves where the third hardest working team for miles run and Henry being one of there best we beat them 2-0 with Kranjar and Defoe 442 4411 will kill our season while Ady and Van fire blanks .

Spooks i was the most optamistic Spurs fan even in the dark days but now with what is going on i cant be confident no matter who we play. If Ady or Defoe or Van was scoring most weeks and Huddlestone was fit i would be more confident of breaking this energised defending but he is not. When we get in the box there is a possy waiting to stop us you need luck like Cahills Arse or Adt goal to stand. Today Blackburn ten men beat Fulham 3-1 without Samba. Stoke 0-0 stopped Liverpool Norwich beat West Brom all defended like Wolves and had less chances and less of the ball. The shit i can clean up energized teams i cant. Why are we playing 4411 at Home when we should be attacking teams with two strikers and why is Harry leaving the one striker who was scoring goals wrecked . The only different s too last season we have more points and if Harry shuts up going on abaout wages and Ady cutting his to stay Citys Money and Chelsea we may just keep in the top four. I don't want to be a prophet of doom but the smell of high work rate sweat is making me feel sick and next week we go too the only club with a guilty player Toure this is one blog i hope is wrong the good thing all our rivals will suffer from this energy unless they have wised up over Christmas judging by there new recrutes Henry Scholes they could have Freddie Kanoute anybody. Campeoni Campeoni there you are Spooky Positive.
