it's friday, need something to get me through these last few hours!
so... i'm going to talk about emmanuel adebayor.
i don't think i like him and this troubles me. it's not necessarily the arsenal thing, that i can get over, it's his general attitude and behavior.
now please don't all jump on me for this, i'm not complaining, i'm merely highlighting some issues to promote debate
1) why is he always last out of the tunnel with a time gap between him and the 2nd last player
2) why does he have to hug and greet every opposition player at the starting line up like he's their best mate
3) why does he take so long doing this that he almost always makes the rest of the team wait at home matches to take the team photo - in fact, i believe he's actually missed the photo a couple of times
4) why when he misses yet another golden opportunity to score does he always hang around in the goal waiting for the crowd to sing his name
the answer to most of the above is that the guy thinks he's some kind of superstar and must have an ego the size of a planet.
with the service he is getting from our phenomenal midfield, any striker worth his salt would convert one or two a game.
he is in no way worth £175k a week when van der vart and modric are getting what? 50? 60?
as i said earlier, i'm not complaining, but somethings not quite right with him in my opinion - i want to like our players
then again, maybe its the mark of a good striker to be a c*ck?
