We know what we want to see. The players know what we want from them. If they can't find the passion today, they never will. No excuses. Nowhere to hide. Pressure? Of course there is pressure. You are playing for your country. Regardless, you should be able to thrive on it.
Some are saying we are simply not good enough. Citing the failures of our big name players who seem to freeze on this stage far too often. The English mentality draining hope once more, on and off the pitch. How many times do we have to revisit this before we finally quash it?

Milner will play on the left and Gerrard on the right. Cole and Johnson will be given more license to push forward and will be better covered.
We can even go to a 4-3-1-2 formation with Gerrard behind the front 2.
There's no way Milner will start on the right as many people are saying. If I'm wrong and that's how Capello does it then he's completely lost him mind.
We will scrape through. No Cole or Lennon means Capello knows its going to be a tight affair and we'll have to win the physical battle with them. Hoping Defoe doesn't spend the game offside and Lennon comes on in the final 20.

Would have liked to see lennon start. It took 15 minutes for a team mate to pass to him against Algeria. Hope Defoe has a blinder, all the rest can go fuck themselves!

It sounds like the formation is there to try and get the most outta Gerrard and Lamps... I doubt Milner is there to be on wing. I can only think that we will pack out midfield and hope wing backs bomb on for width.
