Ooh, I like the look of this

Can't be real. There's no yellow streaks in it. Also, we are apparently ditching Puma. Ho hum. Probably another fake, no doubt.

If we're not all wearing something simple with only blue on it next season I blame Robbie Keane.

if this isn't a puma kit why is the puma logo on the top right shoulder?

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:10 PM | Unregistered CommenterFox Mulder

I like it. Minimal. Would be ruined with a huge red logo in the middle. No doubting that.

we're keeping puma next season so could be real. and new shirt sponser so no big red square!

i like it

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:16 PM | Unregistered Commenternigel

No chance Spurs/Puma would produce something like that. It's too pure.

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:19 PM | Unregistered Commenterfilthy

Well Puma and Mansion time are up this season. So we need a new kit maker and sponsor, unless like matey says, Puma are extending a new deal. It could well be but there well early for a shirt to be produced no? Anyway I like it. All it needs is a nice HOLSTEN (in blue!) Effing perfect

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:26 PM | Unregistered CommenterJoe Musashi

The sooner we get rid if the blue/yellow Dinald Duck outfits the better… Please get Holsten back, alternatively get Staropramen or Leffe involved, I love to walk around looking like huge can of premium lager!

Puma and Mansion time is not up this season. Mansion is so we will have a new shirt sponsor next season but puma was a 5 year deal, so we hav that for one more season. Pretty sure of it.

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:42 PM | Unregistered CommenterDJ

Blue sponsor please.

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:49 PM | Unregistered CommenterThe Machine

Always wonder about these mock up shirts. Reckon it's Puma releasing prototypes to gauge feedback?

Feb 12, 2010 at 2:52 PM | Unregistered CommenterKlaxons in the Wind

Apart from the first season and current home kit, I think Puma have done some nice kits all in all. Let the mock-ups begin! Bet we get a new red sponsor tho...

Feb 12, 2010 at 3:00 PM | Unregistered CommenterJoe Musashi

It's alright. For a fake.

Feb 12, 2010 at 3:11 PM | Unregistered CommenterHarryRedknappsBarmyArmy

It's definitely a fake for no other reason than I dont hate it.

I read elsewhere that we're back with Adidas next season - one more year with Puma can easily be cancelled by us.

Take with the usual pinch of salt, obviously; although I'll be fervently hoping this is true. The Adididas kits were our last truly great looking kits, in my humble.

:)

Feb 12, 2010 at 3:27 PM | Unregistered CommenterKayBee

I like it! God I hope we have a decent recognisable blue badged sponsor. Wearing my shirt here has people asking me all the time "Who are Mansion?". Grrr... (Last seasons shirt that is, couldn`t bring myself to purchase the yellow piece of crap this year)

Feb 12, 2010 at 3:28 PM | Unregistered CommenterCanada Yid

Get the hummel squad back in. A Chevron action flash will be the choice of the man about town next year. Puma are generally half decent, apart from the lemon curd abomination. the kit in the pic looks wicked tho. adidas kits are shit., remind me too much of steffen iversen and steve carr. nike have some good kits, i live in mk and i have to say the MK dons kit this season looks pretty good

Feb 12, 2010 at 3:41 PM | Unregistered Commenterchrisman

I like that kit and I want it.

Feb 12, 2010 at 4:41 PM | Unregistered CommenterHawke

Anyone caught wearing this kit is offside

Feb 12, 2010 at 4:52 PM | Unregistered CommenterHoward Webb

Don't like it. Too retro. Too European.

Feb 12, 2010 at 5:14 PM | Unregistered Commenter2P8G

Chaps, just a quick one. Shirts are 'ususally' signed off by the club and shirt makers between 12-18 months prior to release. While I haven't seen anything (other then this pic) or told too much, I have been told that it will be 'a classic / retro' shirt.
On the sponsorship side, Mansion end this season and Puma have still got one more year.

Feb 12, 2010 at 5:28 PM | Unregistered CommenterTIMBER

I would bet that this shirt is real. However my concern it that last year a US magazine had a Spurs shirt in it around this time, and it actually turned out to be this years actual training wear. As the mag picture didn't have a sponser we assumed it hadn't been printed yet, but in actual fact it was a training top with no Mansion logo. If you look at our THREE training tops this season they are so much nicer than the actual shirts! Just hope this leaked photo isn't another training top.

Feb 12, 2010 at 5:29 PM | Unregistered CommenterDJ

I very much doubt that Spurs will be ditching Puma prematurely. You have to remember that Joe Lewis's Tavistock Group is a major shareholder in Puma as well as the major shareholder of Spurs.

I like this shirt (though everything will depend upon how well it fits with the new shirt sponsor) but I'd be surprised if it wasn't a fake or just a training top.

on wikipedia it says were with adidas next year (then again that is wikipedia coughbullshitcough), really hope we get an adidas kits like the ones we used to have with holsten

Feb 13, 2010 at 10:57 AM | Unregistered Commentertom

this is a top that is being released in the us. the guys at puma marketing have already released a statement outlining this.

also, not sure if anyone saw these quotes from redknapp, about defoe. a shockingly incisive assesment of defoes play, confirming that harry really does know his shit. pretty much said exactly what myself and im sure hundreds others think. its not defoes finishing thats the problem, its the fact that he does nowhere near enough when hes not in the penalty area, and his movement off the ball and link up play is, quite honestly, really shit

Redknapp said: "He could improve his holding the ball and showing and all-round play. He is a great goalscorer but there are other areas of his game that he can still improve on, holding the ball and getting up channels when defenders are looking for a forward ball.

"He is a top class finisher when he has the opportunities. but some days he must do that little bit extra to make it happen."

Yes. indeed. do that bit extra. as in dont sit there with a strop on waiting for chances to come to you. get off your ass and create them yourself. watch rooney. watch drogba. and do some of that shit. watch some old dvds of batistuta. hes a player you would do well to take some pointers from. great shot, great finisher, but above all, he played with his heart and was a leader.

The above sounds like he's describing Darren Bent.

yeah, and the really bad news for Defoe is so did Harry

Feb 13, 2010 at 7:16 PM | Unregistered Commenterchrisman

i like it. no doubt some highlighter yellow will be added though before it reaches production
